Why settle for one cover when you can have two?
One side is your June issue, celebrating Colorado’s roots with stories on fly fishing, farm-to-table dinners, ranch dogs, local history, and the homegrown people and places that make our region so special.
Flip the magazine over, and you’ll discover Faces of NOCO—a special section celebrating the people behind Northern Colorado’s most respected local businesses. From trusted services to favorite local spots, we shine a light on the leadership, passion, and purpose that help our communities thrive.
One magazine. Two covers. Two ways to experience the best of Northern Colorado. Which side are you opening first?
Meet our third Power Couple of NOCO spotlight in our June issue, Betony and Tim Coons.
Betony and Tim are a Northern Colorado couple whose work spans visual art, philanthropy and creative storytelling. Betony, a mixed-media artist, has brought large-scale murals and installations to the Denver Children’s Museum, the Denver Zoo and communities across Greeley, and this year released her first children’s book, “The Unwinding Path.” Tim serves as president and CEO of the Weld Community Foundation, where he stewards millions in charitable funds supporting Weld County organizations.
Together, they co-created Giants & Pilgrims in 2012, a multimedia outlet combining music, painting and storytelling. Two of their four daughters are already following in their footsteps with their first public art commission in Greeley.
