Meet our first Power Couple of NOCO spotlight in our June issue, Connie and John Hanrahan.
Connie and John are a Northern Colorado couple whose work and service span real estate, marketing, mentorship, and philanthropy. John, a retired PGA professional and broker with The Group Real Estate, built his career on relationships that began on the golf course and continue today through serving clients across the region. Connie, founder of Mantooth Marketing and PR, has spent decades helping businesses and nonprofits share their stories and elevate their impact throughout Northern Colorado.
Together, they have made mentorship and community giving a priority, guiding more than 160 young women through internships and co-founding the Hanrahan Golden Clover Golf Tournament, which benefits WomenGive through United Way of Larimer County. Their efforts also support a range of local organizations, strengthening families and community initiatives across the region.
On their own, each has built a respected career in Northern Colorado. Together, they extend their reach through a shared commitment to service and connection.

Congratulations to our Father’s Day Sweepstakes winner, Jenn Smyth! 🎉 Jenn entered to celebrate her husband, Jonathan, and won a Cozy Canyon Getaway at @riversidecolorado.
Here’s what Jenn had to say about Jonathan:
“Jonathan embodies what it means to be a truly present, devoted father. He pours his heart in our two boys every single day—showing up with patience, playfulness, and a steady kind of love that makes them feel safe and seen. Whether he’s chasing them around the yard, reading bedtime stories after a long day, or simply sitting with them in the quiet moments, he makes fatherhood look intentional and joyful. He’s not just an amazing dad in the big moments, but in the thousands of small, everyday ones that shape who our boys are becoming.”
Thank you to everyone who participated in our Father’s Day Sweepstakes, and Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers and father figures who help make Northern Colorado such a wonderful place to live, grow, and thrive.
