The Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum is pleased to announce that entries are now open for the 46th annual Western Spirit Juried Art Show & Sale, taking place March 6-April 18, 2027.
The Western Spirit Juried Art Show & Sale is an annual juried exhibition in the Rocky Mountain region for emerging and established artists creating original works inspired by the American West. The exhibition provides artists with an opportunity to showcase and sell their work to collectors, art enthusiasts and museum visitors.
Artists are invited to submit their work through Nov. 14, 2026, via callforentry.org at the following link: opportunities.wearecreativewest.org/opportunity/18123/cafe.
Each artist may submit up to four works for consideration. All entries will be individually reviewed by a panel of three jurors, with approximately 200 works selected for inclusion in the 2027 exhibition. Artists will be notified of acceptance by Dec. 11, 2026.
Museum members are eligible for a 50 percent discount on the application fee. Current membership status will be verified at the time of application. Artists who are museum members should contact the art show coordinator to receive the applicable discount code.
The exhibition will open with a reception Saturday, March 6, 2027, at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum in Cheyenne, Wyo.
