Have you been to the Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant’s new Fort Collins pop-up location?

The Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant in Fort Collins is currently serving out of a pop-up location in the Rove and Element space on 125 S. College Ave. The original home of the Rio Grande off of Mountain Ave. is currently undergoing maintenance after the unfortunate fire that happened in July.
The Rio is now still serving their classically delicious TexMex cuisine out of the modern venue at the Rove and Element location.
NOCO Style staff enjoyed an incredible lunch (with a few margaritas of course!). Most of us enjoyed a Big Tex margarita and Sydney found herself sipping on a Strawberry Margarita on the rocks. Our wait staff brought out some delicious chips, salsa, queso and guacamole! Our entrees varied from tacos, tostadas, fajitas, soups and quesadillas and were all delicious!
Cheers to The Rio for always serving up smiles even in the midst of their adversity. Head to downtown Fort Collins to check out their pop-up location for yourself and make sure you wander up to the second floor and enjoy a drink on the rooftop!
