The Stampede Troupe Presents “Dear Jack, Dear Louise”

Nonprofit theater group to share a charming love story onstage starting Oct. 22

The Stampede Troupe presents “Dear Jack, Dear Louise,” a heartfelt romantic comedy by Ken Ludwig. The play is inspired by the true story of Ludwig’s parents and the letters they exchanged during World War II.

Jack, a military doctor, and Louise, an aspiring actress, meet through a correspondence that grows into something much more. Through their letters, audiences are invited into a funny, tender and deeply human story about love, hope and the power of human connection.

The production runs Oct. 22 through Nov. 8 within the Stampede Troupe’s intimate black box theater at 2015 Second Ave., Unit G, in Greeley. With only 45 seats available per performance, audiences are encouraged to reserve tickets early. Tickets cost $23 for all audiences.

The production features three different casts, each performing on different dates and bringing their own interpretations to Jack and Louise’s story.

Tickets and performance information are available at stampedetroupe.com.
