The 200 block of Linden Street will close to vehicles and open to pedestrians for a free evening of live music, games and shopping from 5-9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4. First Friday on Linden Street caps off the summer with live music, family-friendly outdoor games, sidewalk vending from businesses on the block and a skateboard expo.
Live music
The music lineup, presented with FoCo POP (Parks and Outdoor Performances), serves as the season finale of the city’s free 2026 summer concert series. The series is designed for all ages and invites residents to gather and connect through the arts.

- Fancy Bits: 6-6:50 p.m.
- Soul Puppets: 7-7:50 p.m.
- DJ Jimeni: 8-9 p.m.
Skateboard expo
Near Walnut Street and Old Town Square, the skateboard expo will offer portable ramps, gear and instruction.
