Tell us about yourself, your history and how you came to be where you are now.

Growing up in the family restaurant business, I learned the value of hard work and connection through the industry. Serving taught me teamwork, resilience and the importance of building relationships. From welcoming locals to supporting neighbors, I take pride in being part of a close-knit community that shaped both my character and career.

Explain your career, achievements and professional highlights.

I started out serving in Greeley at my father’s restaurant at age 11 and enjoyed my journey from the beginning. Later on, I was fortunate enough to start my own business in Loveland, which opened doors to many opportunities. Most recently, I started a new venture in Timnath by opening the first full-service, sit-down restaurant and bar in town. The response from the community has been outstanding, and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve.

In what ways do you give back to the community?

I have been a part of many golf tournaments and other nonprofit events. I have also made donations to local nonprofits and catered events aimed at helping people in need. I recently participated in a NOCO Women in Business event to honor my grandmother, Chelo. Last year, we were a part of the Delta Waterfowl Banquet, which brought in donations for various nonprofits.

What do you consider your biggest accomplishment or challenge you’ve overcome, either professionally or personally?

My biggest accomplishment has been my independence. I am not afraid of new challenges, and my ambition for growth pushed me to where I am now.

Where do you see yourself in five years? In 10 years?

I hope our restaurants continue serving as community pillars that create opportunities, support local causes, empower employees and use successes to make a lasting impact. I am thankful for the endless support and love from my wife and family, who have been with me every step of the way.

What piece(s) of advice would you give to your younger self?

I would tell myself to follow my dreams and not be afraid to leave my comfort zone. Things will get challenging and frustrating, but never give up.

Tell us something unique about you.

I like to think of my customers as family. Every time they visit our locations, they are greeted like family. Also, my wife and I are both left-handed.

What is the key to running two successful businesses in a competitive industry?

I think the key is building relationships with customers. It’s more than just serving patrons; it’s about going above and beyond to make sure they have a unique experience during every visit. We also like to keep our food and service consistent, which makes us stand out in a competitive industry. What we do is our passion, and it is a pleasure to make everyone feel welcomed. We make sure everyone is taken care of as if they were our family.

What have you learned from your family members in the restaurant business?

There will always be ups and downs in the restaurant business, but the most important thing is to remember what brought us together, which is family and legacy. We are all here to support each other. I wouldn’t be able to do all this if it wasn’t for my family and my wife, who has always given me immense support. I hope the tradition follows for generations.
