Christy Gettman’s career began at Loveland Design 34 years ago, when she was hired after graduating from Colorado State University. After working at Loveland Design for 10 years, she continued her career in floor covering, including 13 years with Florida Tile. She returned as the owner of Loveland Design, where she carries on the family-owned business with her daughter, Laura, at her side.
Originally called Loveland Discount Center, the business opened in 1967 as a hardware and automotive shop. Wallpaper books, paint and in-stock carpet were eventually added, transforming the space into what is now Loveland Design. With a wide selection of floor coverings, wall tile, area rugs and window treatments, Christy continues to offer the quality of service the business has always been known for.
