At the inaugural Mom Prom, the Johnstown-Milliken Community Foundation, an affiliate of the Weld Community Foundation, named local leader Ali Ham the 2026 Johnstown-Milliken Woman of the Year. The event gathered women from across the community for an evening of connection and celebration. Ham was recognized for her work supporting students and families in the Weld RE-5J School District and for founding The Cottage Collective, an initiative that provides essential items to neighbors in need. During the event, the foundation presented a $500 gift to The Cottage Collective to expand its reach and continue making a difference.
