The Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Talent Summit at The Ranch Events Complex, bringing Northern Colorado employers together to focus on attracting, recruiting and retaining the talent their organizations need to thrive. More than 140 attendees heard presentations and participated in discussions on topics such as succeeding in the AI-driven workplace, strengthening partnerships between employers and educators, managing the regional talent pipeline and investing in early childhood as a foundation for the future workforce. The Talent Summit is part of the chamber’s ongoing mission to strengthen Northern Colorado’s workforce and ensure the region remains a place where businesses thrive.
