Riverside Renewal welcomed the new year with a wellness-focused retreat along the Poudre River, bringing together movement, music and community in a scenic canyon setting. The experience began with an evening of live music, dinner and drinks at Mishawaka Amphitheatre, followed by an overnight stay at the Riverside Colorado resort. New Year’s Day focused on rejuvenation and connection, featuring guided yoga and breathwork, sauna experiences and cold plunges in the river. By pairing the canyon’s natural beauty with intentional wellness practices, the retreat offered guests a grounded and energizing start to the year.
