Valor Elite Training announced that longtime physical therapist Crissy Ott has joined its team. Ott, who established Crissy Ott Physical Therapy, LLC earlier this summer, brings 33 years of experience helping athletes with injury recovery, surgery rehabilitation, chronic pain management and functional dry needling. Valor’s offerings now include integrative physical therapy combined with personal training and massage.
Crissy joined Valor Elite Training in search of a more collaborative environment where patients could benefit from multiple disciplines under one roof. With access to a gym, massage therapy and nutrition professionals onsite, she is excited to provide patients with a well-rounded care experience that extends beyond traditional physical therapy.
“The most exciting part of being with this team is learning from other members of the staff and applying those skills with my clients,” Ott says. “My goal is to rehab patients to the point where they can transition seamlessly into a gym environment with a trainer, furthering their functional and fitness goals.”
“Crissy is one of the most skilled physical therapists in Larimer County, and I’m truly honored to share her talents with our clients,” says Tim Anderson, owner of Valor Elite Training.

Ott specializes in individualized, one-on-one care, drawing on her extensive expertise treating a wide range of patients. She offers physical therapy evaluations, diagnoses and treatments as well as manual therapy, targeted exercise programs and patient education. Crissy hopes her presence at Valor Elite Training will add a vital rehabilitation element, helping clients avoid being sidelined by injury and empowering them to pursue lifelong wellness.
Crissy, a Loveland native, is a runner, biker, swimmer and a CrossFit enthusiast. She has two grown kids: Madi and Aj.
