Q: What do you consider your biggest accomplishment, either professionally or personally?

A: Professionally, our goal was to be bring professional baseball and soccer to Northern Colorado. We are very fortunate to have not only achieved that goal, but to also have high aspirations to build on that and bring even more excitement to the area. Personally, my beautiful fiancé and I were able to buy our first home in 2022 and it is truly a dream come true.

Q: What piece(s) of advice would you give to your younger self?

A: Authenticity is what gets you closer to your goals. Hard work and motivation are the keys that get the door unlocked. Surround yourself with people who make you feel like the best version of yourself and complement your strengths and weaknesses.

Q: Why did you pursue the business of sports as a career?

A: Sports has always been my biggest passion. Playing sports my whole life and being around a family that lives and breathes sports ingrained in me from a young age the effect that sports have on people’s lives and communities around the world. The ability to touch multiple elements of sports operationally, whether on field decisions, marketing, sponsorship or event planning, was what drove me to the position I have today.

Q: How did you and your father work together to bring your vision to Windsor?

A: My father and I have had the same dream for almost 20 years: To bring an unprecedented sports and entertainment concept to a community that we could thrive in. We have been fortunate to come across some major allies in Windsor and other parts of Colorado that have allowed us to not only find the perfect community but continue to grow ideas into fruition.
