The Loveland Downtown District Provides Free Summer Fun
The Loveland Downtown District is pleased to announce that it’s One Sweet Summer event series is returning to The Foundry Plaza for 2023, running from June through August. Kicking off June 7th, there will be a variety of activities and concerts happening that bring fun and entertainment for everyone. All events in the series are free and open to the public with free parking available throughout downtown and in The Foundry parking garage.
Along with family-friendly live music from talented regional bands, the Loveland Downtown District will host fun fitness classes, kids’ days in the Foundry Plaza, an Ice Cream Festival, Wednesday Night concerts, a two-day Bluegrass Festival, a car show, and a brand-new Summer Shindig event! The summer event series will also feature local artists, food vendors and downtown craft breweries.
“We are very excited about the variety of entertaining events we have planned this summer.” said Abby Powell, Events and Partnerships Manager for the Loveland Downtown District. “The One Sweet Summer events are a great opportunity to invite the community downtown to enjoy live music, art, food and to support local businesses.”
The 2023 One Sweet Summer schedule includes:
Blues & Cruise Car Show – May 20 from 12 – 7 p.m.
Sessions: Bluegrass & Brews Festival – June 9 from 6 – 10 p.m. & June 10 from 2 – 10 p.m.
Summer Shindig – July 21 from 6 – 10 p.m.
Ice Cream Festival – July 28
Kids on the Plaza – Wednesdays, June 7 to August 9 from 12 – 2 p.m.
Fitness Classes – Tuesdays, June 13 to Aug 29 at 8 a.m.
Yoga Classes– Saturdays, June 17 to September 2 at 8 a.m. & 9 a.m.
Wednesday Concerts – Wednesdays, July 5 to August 30 from 6:30 – 9 p.m.
Symphony on the Plaza – Friday, August 11 from 6 – 8:30 p.m.
