More than 100 players, sponsors and volunteers participated in the 9th Annual Links for Literacy Golf Tournament at Eaton Country Club on Friday, September 13. The tournament was a Texas Scramble and featured contests like longest putt, most accurate drive and closest to the pin. Participants also have the change to purchase mulligans for the course and get entries into door prizes valuing over $2,500 and our grand prize which was valued at over $1,200. The event raised over $30,000 benefitting the HPLD Foundation’s literacy programs and the Kiwanis of the Rockies’ scholarships, Key Club and children’s programs.
