More than 475 guests joined Respite Care at its Perennial Luncheon, held May 7 at Embassy Suites Loveland. Stories took flight in a video presentation that highlighted the impact Respite Care has made on the lives of three families and their children. Two parents shared moving stories about their families’ experiences with Respite Care. With a combination of gifts, multiple-year pledges and a generous challenge gift, the event raised more than $360,000 that will go directly toward sustaining Respite Care’s mission. Respite Care provides specialized care for children with developmental disabilities in Larimer County, providing peace of mind and respite for the entire family.
