The Fort Collins Symphony Presents World-Class Hsing-ay Hsu

The Fort Collins Symphony (FCS) proudly presents the world-class Steinway pianist Hsing-ay Hsu as the Masterworks 3 Concert guest artist. The FCS’s musical journey continues with its concert, “London to Leningrad,” on Saturday, February 2, at 7:30 p.m. at the Fort Collins’ Lincoln Center. Under the direction of Maestro Wes Kenney, the FCS will perform music composed by George Frideric Handel, Igor Stravinsky, and Dmitri Shostakovich.

Chinese-American pianist Hsing-ay Hsu is not only the Artistic Director for Pendulum New Music at CU Boulder, but she is also nationally and internationally recognized for her music. She has been performing around the globe including Carnegie Hall as well as at the International Odyssiad Festival and the Gulangyu International Piano Festival.

Don’t forget to join the beginning of the Concert on January 30, at noon at the Old Town Public Library. It then continues January 31 where families are invited to attend the Open Rehearsal from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Lincoln Center. Both events are free and open to the public!
