Windermere Real Estate will host its 2019 Annual Forecast Event on January 16, 2019, at the Wellshire Event Center and January 17, 2019, at the Fort Collins Marriott. The presentation is purposed to shed light on the dreaded real estate bubble. Starting at 5:30 p.m. and free to the public, Windermere’s Chief Economist, Matthew Gardner, and Windermere Colorado President, Eric Thompson, will direct attendees through Colorado’s Real Estate Environment.
