Home to Heaven has been the face of compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia since the clinic began helping Northern Colorado families in 2006. Dr. James Dye and his team travel to provide peace for beloved pets when they need it most, from the comfort of their own homes.
As a locally owned and operated veterinary clinic, Home to Heaven is there for the community, both as professionals and friends, when furry family members are ready for their next adventure. They provide kind words to help calm pet owners and explain a moment that is often misunderstood. They, too, have loved many animals and had to say goodbye, so they know how important that level of compassion and care really is.
