Nutrition Coach, Trainer at 1st Phorm

Tell us about yourself, your history and how you came to be where you are now.
I coach people all across the country to help them reach their health and wellness goals. I studied nutrition at the University of Northern Colorado and graduated in 2015.

What are you passionate about professionally and personally, and why?
I am so passionate about helping people. I believe that nutrition and living a health and wellness lifestyle is just the beginning; all we must do is start a ripple to create a wave. Studies have shown that good nutrition and working out can truly transform a person’s life financially, and in their careers, relationships and more. I have seen this happen to the people I have worked with.

What is your superpower?
Always seeing the good in things. We never fail unless we quit as there will always be something to learn from in every situation.

What do you consider your biggest accomplishment, either professionally or personally?
My biggest accomplishment would be becoming a 1st Phorm Sponsored Trainer: I earned this position by helping clients lose 30-40 pounds and keep it off in a healthy manner for eight weeks.

Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
My biggest influence would have to be my mom: She truly has the biggest heart and has helped me in so many ways.

Where do you see yourself in five years? In 10 years?
Doing what I’m doing on a larger scale. I truly love what I do and it’s my goal and mission to help as many people as I can. I’m now coaching 1,000 people in the app and have almost 5,000 in my private Facebook group.

What piece(s) of advice would you give to your 18-year-old self?
If it doesn’t matter in five years, don’t let it matter for another five minutes.

What do you enjoy doing in your downtime?
I love hiking with my two dogs and traveling with my husband.

What would you like to give back to your community?
I do daily giveaways for tons of helpful resources. As long as I can give every piece of knowledge, information and tips I have to help someone, I will do so.
