Human Bean Northern Colorado continues to encourage customers to make a difference with their daily cup of coffee. To help local communities faced with the need for food assistance, The Human Bean hosted a fundraiser on June 19. On that day, $1 from every drink purchased at any one of the 11 Human Bean Northern Colorado drive-thru locations was donated to help those in need. Through community generosity, $5,077.95 was raised to support local food banks, helping to fight hunger in the community.
Proceeds were distributed between the Wellington Food Pantry, Food Bank for Larimer County, Windsor Severance Food Pantry and Weld Food Bank. Each of the four food banks plays a vital role in ensuring individuals and families have access to nutritious meals year-round. The funds raised will help stock shelves, support food distribution programs and bring hope to those facing difficult times.
