Tell us about yourself, your history and how you came to be where you are now.
I was born in Fort Collins and raised in Loveland, where I graduated from Mountain View High School in 2017. I attended Colby Community College in Kansas and earned an associate’s degree in accounting in 2019. I moved back to Fort Collins to attend CSU, but COVID-19 disrupted those plans. I then moved to Indiana, relocated to Florida and moved back to Colorado in 2023 and began a career in the finance industry. I am in my second year of being a financial advisor and could not be happier living in Windsor.
Explain your career, achievements and professional highlights.
I have obtained six different licenses in order to serve as a financial advisor, along with the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation. As a financial advisor, I work with individuals and families to develop personalized strategies around investing, retirement planning, risk management and long-term financial goals, helping them make informed decisions and stay on track over time. I am also involved in the community as a member of the Windsor Rotary Club, an ambassador for the Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce and a member of NOCO Unify.
In what ways do you give back to the community?
As a member of the Windsor Rotary Club, I participate in volunteer events that support the community. In my role with the Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce, I help create opportunities to highlight and promote local small businesses. Through NOCO Unify, I contributed to efforts that raised over $600,000 in 2025 to support 23 nonprofits across Larimer and Weld counties focused on at-risk youth. Additionally, I serve as a speaker for Weld RE-4 School District, presenting financial education sessions at Windsor High School and Severance High School multiple times each semester.
What do you consider your biggest accomplishment or challenge you’ve overcome, either professionally or personally?
My current position as a financial advisor is my proudest accomplishment. It was a challenge to get here, but I could not be prouder to be part of such an exceptional team. I truly enjoy my career and expect to continue in this field for the next 40 years. It aligns with who I am at my core and allows me to stay deeply involved in my community.
Where do you see yourself in five years? In 10 years?
This question always makes me smile because if you asked me five years ago, I never would have guessed I’d be where I am today. Everything I do is driven by building a strong future, so over the next five to 10 years, I hope to have a family of my own while continuing to stay involved in my church and community. I also look forward to continuing to grow in my career.
What piece(s) of advice would you give to your younger self?
Don’t stress over the small things, or even the big ones. I believe everything in life happens for a reason. Looking back, I am incredibly grateful for the times I had to persevere through challenges, as those were the moments that led to the most personal growth. I always came out stronger because of it.
Tell us something unique about you.
I emcee for miles.Beyond, formerly known as run.Windsor. I have emceed a couple of times over the past year, and it has quickly become one of my favorite roles. The energy and atmosphere at these events are unmatched. Watching runners push themselves beyond their limits and being able to cheer on every single participant is an incredible and rewarding experience.
Where do you find inspiration?
I’m a big reader of personal development books. A few of my favorites include “The Ultimate Jim Rohn Library,” “Greenlights” by Matthew McConaughey, “Unreasonable Hospitality” by Will Guidara and “Shoe Dog” by Phil Knight. I also regularly listen to Chris Williamson’s “Modern Wisdom” podcast. On a more personal note, my colleague, Patrick Varney, is an incredible source of inspiration for me. Coming from a small town in Nebraska, he has transformed his family’s life through hard work, determination and grit, which I deeply admire.
Why are you passionate about volunteering?
One of the most impactful experiences in my life came when I was 13 and went on a mission trip to Guatemala through Foundations Church. We spent a week visiting orphanages and pouring into the kids there. From that point on, I knew I wanted to be involved in something bigger than myself. I believe many of us don’t fully realize how fortunate we are until we step outside of our everyday routines and actively serve others. Having the opportunity to give back to my community, especially in ways that positively impact the lives of children, is what drives me today.
