On The Hook Fish & Chips Announces the Opening of Its First Dine-in Experience

By: Staff

After nearly a decade of serving communities across the country from its iconic food trucks, Wyoming-founded On The Hook Fish & Chips is proud to announce the opening of its first permanent dine-in experience on Saturday, June 27. It will be open 11 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday at 4884 Larimer Parkway in Johnstown.

The opening date was intentionally chosen to celebrate two milestones for the company: 27 states served and 27 trucks in operation. Located in Johnstown, the space will offer guests a new way to enjoy the On The Hook experience they have come to know and love while staying true to the company’s roots.

Founded in 2016 in Laramie, Wyo., by University of Wyoming students, On The Hook began with a simple mission: to serve high-quality, line-caught fish and chips in communities that had limited access to fresh seafood. What started as a single food truck in Wyoming has grown into a brand that now serves guests across 27 states, operates 27 trucks and has served more than seven million meals.

The new dine-in experience represents an important milestone in the company’s history while preserving the qualities that have defined On The Hook from the beginning: simple menus, responsibly sourced seafood and an unwavering commitment to quality. Guests can expect the same line-caught fish and signature sauces that have defined the brand for nearly 10 years, now offered in a welcoming space designed for families, friends and the local community.

Community members are invited to join the celebration and help mark the beginning of this new chapter for On The Hook Fish & Chips.
