Roam & Rummage Community Sales Event Returns

By: Staff

The Town of Berthoud brings back Roam & Rummage, a community-driven flea market event set to take place from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, June 13, at the Berthoud Recreation Center, 1000 N. Berthoud Parkway.

The event invites residents and visitors to browse booths and rummage through garage sale items and secondhand finds. At the end of the event, Habitat for Humanity will have a truck on-site to accept donations of unsold items, which will be sold at its store to help fund affordable housing in Berthoud.

“We’re excited to bring this event back because it brings neighbors together in a fun, purposeful way,” says Theresa Morgan, lead code compliance specialist. “Not everyone lives in a home that allows for garage sales, so we created Roam & Rummage to allow people to clear out items they no longer need, while encouraging reuse and community connection.”

Registration is $10 and open to anyone with items to sell. Space is limited; participants are encouraged to reserve a spot by June 10.
