This spring, Nosh, the restaurant-owned, local-first alternative to big delivery, is launching the NOSH*T Order Swap Challenge. It’s a region-wide chain reaction where people order each other’s favorite Nosh meals, film their reactions and pass the plate forward.
Everyone’s invited—from restaurants to creators and regular locals—and it works a whole lot better when more people jump in. Nosh partnered with a handful of local creators to kick off the first swaps, and while they’re starting the chain, the challenge belongs to all of Northern Colorado. If you want to see what this looks like in the wild, it’s already happening.

Same rules. Same energy. Different plates. That’s the whole point.
Why do this at all? NOCO’s food scene doesn’t grow because of algorithms or billion-dollar delivery companies. It grows because of the real people cooking and eating in our communities. The Order Swap shines a light on local restaurants, amplifies small and mid-sized creators, celebrates the diversity of our food culture and gives everyone permission to brag about their favorite spot.
How it works
Anyone can participate. If you eat food and have a phone, congratulations, you’re in.
Order the Nosh meal from the person who tagged you, or start fresh with your own go-to Nosh order. Film your reaction as you unbox it, taste it and react. Then open the Nosh app and screen record your own favorite cart. That becomes the next person’s challenge. Nominate one or two friends, post using #orderswapwithnosh and tag @noshnoco. Nosh will repost their favorite swaps as they roll in.
You’ll see Order Swaps popping up on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook all spring. The next time someone asks, “What should we order tonight?” you already know the answer.
Nosh has spent years proving that restaurant-owned delivery isn’t just possible—it’s better. Better for restaurants, better for drivers, better for customers and better for Northern Colorado. The Order Swap Challenge is Nosh’s way of amplifying that system through the people who built it and the people who love it.
