A pirate-themed Halloween party took over the Forge Event Center with live music, food, drinks and fundraising for three local nonprofits. Partygoers purchased coins to vote for their favorite organization, while representatives from each charity rallied for votes. A total of $1300 was raised for Stillwater Ranch (first place), Animal Friends Alliance (second place) and Hope Lives! (third place). Live entertainment included a new teen girl band, Trying Again, and the headliner, Playback, a popular five-piece bar band.
