The Loveland Downtown Development Authority (DDA) invites the community to the Past & Progress Community Tours on Saturday, March 8. This guided walking tour will showcase some of downtown Loveland’s most historic buildings, highlighting the current restoration efforts and future transformations.
Leading the tours will be:
- Sean Hawkins, executive director of the Loveland Downtown Development Authority
- Abby Powell, assistant director of events and operations for the Loveland Downtown Development Authority
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to explore Casa Sagrada (formerly Emmanuel Baptist Church), Pulliam Community Building, The Elks Lodge and The Oddfellows Building, gaining insight on the revitalization efforts happening in downtown Loveland.
Two Tour Options Available:
- Morning tour at 10 a.m. The first tours begin at Colorado Coffee Company, where participants can enjoy hot cocoa, coffee or tea, along with a cinnamon roll (included in the ticket price).
- Afternoon tour at 12:30 p.m. The afternoon tours will begin at the Pulliam Community Building and conclude at Verboten Brewing. One craft beer is included in each ticket.
