Human Bean Northern Colorado Raises Over $400 for Alternatives to Violence

In addition to delicious drinks, Human Bean Northern Colorado serves hope for those in need in our community.  For their Guest Barista Day on Thursday, April 4, ten percent of sales made at the 6180 E. Crossroads Boulevard location in Loveland were donated to Alternatives to Violence. Alternatives to Violence provides emergency shelter and free support to domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking survivors, helping them to heal emotionally and physically in a safe environment.

Representatives from Alternatives to Violence were on site from 9:00-11:00 a.m. to talk to customers and distribute information about the nonprofit. Cash donations made by customers were also donated to the agency. A total of $408.35 was raised for the Loveland nonprofit. The check was presented to Alternatives to Violence on May 7, 2024.
