Fort Collins’ newest coffee destination opens in a converted Airstream, offering espresso, baked goods and stunning views of the Poudre Canyon
Kind Bean, a novel coffee shop venture nestled in the breathtaking Poudre Canyon, is thrilled to announce its grand opening on March 23 and 24, 2024 from 8 a.m. to noon on both days. Situated in a vintage converted Airstream, Kind Bean is the first amenity to launch at the upcoming Riverside Colorado Canyon Resort. This unique coffee spot is set to serve both adventure-seekers traversing the canyon and guests of the soon-to-open resort, which will feature luxury eco-camping, tiny homes and cabins.
Kind Bean offers a small, diverse menu featuring gourmet espresso, fair trade coffee and other beverages alongside unique food collaborations, including baked goods from a local bakery, Me Oh My Pie, and Mishawaka breakfast items. Emphasizing sustainability, Kind Bean aims to blend quality, convenience, and environmental responsibility.
