The Asher Team
The Asher team is made up of individuals who have spent time studying their craft across the country and around the world. Specializing in ground-up development, Asher utilizes the team’s vast knowledge and talent to produce creative solutions for all types and sizes of projects.
Half of the team is bilingual, giving Asher the benefit of assisting Spanish and Portuguese clients. Here are a few of the people who make Asher unique:
Giovanna – amazing Lead Designer, born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she began and completed her education, which included a full-ride scholarship for a year abroad at CU Boulder.
Jesus – born in Chihuahua, Mexico, immigrated to the U.S. in 2003, received his architectural education and began his career in Chihuahua before becoming a vital part of the Asher team as a Designer.
Givan – super talented Designer, born and raised in the south side of Chicago with Puerto Rican roots, worked for UMass before moving to Colorado and joining the Asher team.
Diana – highly skilled Peruvian native Civil Engineer, oversaw large projects in her native country before immigrating to the U.S. in 2013.
Alejandro – the most recent addition to our bilingual team as a drafter, he was born and raised in Colorado and received his education from CU Denver.

Megan Gollish
Sales Manager
Megan joined the Bath & Kitchen Idea Center team in 2021, but she has been immersed in the decorative plumbing industry for over seven years. She has been instrumental in the growth of our company and is consistently sought after by local builders, plumbers and designers for her expertise.
She is intentional about furthering her education and staying in tune with the latest market trends. Megan’s favorite products to sell are Delta Touch2O Kitchen Faucets, Mr. Steam Shower Packages and Toto Washlets.
Megan was recently promoted to Sales Manager, allowing her to continue growing the business while mentoring those who work beside her. Her tenacity and passion ensure that she will be successful for years to come.
Megan goes above and beyond in every interaction. A natural problem solver, there is never a mountain she isn’t ready to conquer.
Nathan Ewert
Senior Vice President
Nathan is a true representation of FNBO in Colorado: a 13-year resident who is invested in the success of the people, businesses and community he serves.
Nathan’s leadership has resulted in his promotion to Senior Vice President for FNBO. He is responsible for its individual segment, including all retail banking, mortgage, small business banking and wealth management across the entire eight-state footprint. Having this level of senior leadership in Colorado is critical to FNBO’s dedication to local decision making, and Nathan is a natural fit to lead not only in our state, but over those areas of business for all of FNBO.
Nathan is focused on creating a culture around customer well-being and financial education. His proven initiative makes him an exceptional senior leader for FNBO, and his genuine dedication to intelligent financial management mirrors FNBO’s values.

Beyond being a true asset to the industry, Billy is a genuine and devoted leader who cares deeply for each team member and their success. He strives to guide The Great Outdoors RV Co. with wisdom and insight to provide the best RV experience in Northern Colorado for each and every customer.

Mountain Mist Spas’ MVP is truly our entire team. Everyone contributes to our company’s success. Kara, the owner, has proudly carried on the family-owned business since 1983 and has spent her entire life in the industry. Her passion for family and the wellness of the community shows in everything she does.
Toby is our general manager. He has worked for the company for over 20 years. Our sales department consists of Toby and Austin, our sales manager. Together, they have a combined 30 years of sales experience.
