Horsetooth Int’l Film Festival (HIFFCO) producers have selected the official line-up of Northern Colorado venues for the 2nd annual gathering of film creators, musicians, artists, creatives and film lovers happening September 10-13, 2020. In addition, new film categories promise to expand the festival’s reach and popularity with submissions from students, extreme sports, adventure, animated shorts, and more.
