By: Staff

Locality Kitchen and Bar announced it is celebrating a grand reopening on the week of January 6th to release its new menu concept. “Our staff has been working diligently on creating a more casual and more approachable menu to cater to the evolving demographic in SE Fort Collins,” said owner, Jeff Noffsinger. He also stated, “Locality has been a recognized brand the past three years as a chef-inspired farm-to-table restaurant. We want to continue sourcing local ingredients while providing more affordable menu items that cater to families and young professionals.” The restaurant aims to be a weekly destination for regulars for lunch specials, happy hour and casual dinner.

Evolving Menu

With the beer culture as the driving force in Northern Colorado, the menu will be inspired by upscale pub fare influenced by the gastropub movement. This past month the restaurant experimented successfully with simplified entrées and more shareable and sandwich options. The new menu will have more comfort food items influenced from the staff’s Midwestern roots. The beer list will expand to include more bottle options and crafted cocktails will be available along with a select wine list inspired from Noffsinger’s travels.

Special Offerings

Locality will continue to offer a weekend brunch menu from 10 a.m. -3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Also, Fort Collins’ longest happy hour will continue daily with drink specials from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and food specials from 3-6 p.m. including the bar favorite Field to Front Door Burger with a local draft beer.
