Windsor, COLO. – 55 Resort Apartments at Water Valley will host an open house on May 10 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Grillhouse at Pelican Lakes Golf Course’s Fireside Room. The event will include beer, wine and hors d’oeuvres with a sneak preview of the structure and features for future residents.
55 Resort Apartments are currently under construction at 500 Apex Drive in Windsor, just northeast of the County Road 17 and Crossroads Boulevard roundabout. With plans to begin move-in in January 2019, the units will feature one and two-bedroom homes for adults ages 55 and older.
“We are excited to showcase Water Valley’s new resort style living for the 55+ community,” said Brad Florin of 55 Resort Apartments. “This open house will be the first of many leading up to our grand opening in early 2019.
