This holiday season, a Secret Santa spread good cheer and generosity to local families at Goodwill of Colorado’s Fort Collins store. A resident, who wishes to remain anonymous, made a donation that allowed any child visiting the Goodwill Fort Collins store to choose one free toy priced up to $10. While the promotion has now ended, Goodwill of Colorado estimates that thanks to the Secret Santa’s donation, more than 500 local children received a free toy.
This quiet benefactor has provided a similar donation during recent holiday seasons, delighting in the joy brought to the faces of families who might be struggling during the holiday season to purchase gifts for their young ones.
“We are so grateful for the generosity of the anonymous donor who provided these gifts to local children,” says Jose Pavon, store manager at Goodwill Fort Collins. “It’s an incredible way to celebrate the giving spirit of the holidays.”
