Fort Collins Pickleball Facility to Break Ground in Spring of 2025

Design and build of Zero Zero Two pickleball facility awarded to Old Town Design Build, Inc.

Northern Colorado pickleball enthusiasts are about to get a new home. Construction is set to begin in spring of 2025 on the city’s first indoor-outdoor pickleball facility, designed with players in mind and aiming to foster community for all skill
levels.

Located in the heart of Fort Collins, this state-of-the-art facility will feature six outdoor courts and 11 indoor courts, ensuring year-round access to the sport. In addition to its professional-level courts, the facility will offer several amenities for players and visitors. A grab-and-go snack bar, dedicated coffee station and smoothie and juice bar will ensure that players can refuel and recharge before or after a match. The facility aims to serve not only as a place to play, but as a community hub, welcoming both seasoned pros and newcomers to the sport. The project is a reflection of Fort Collins’ passion for pickleball and its growing prominence in the city’s active culture.

“We are excited about this collaboration. Old Town’s excellent reputation and expertise stood out, and their track record of being focused on Fort Collins perfectly aligned with Zero Zero Two’s mission to bring a world-class pickleball community and event center to this great city,” says Michael Zervas, partner at Zero Zero Two.
