Loveland’s sidewalks were turned into a chalk art gallery as over 170 artists created remarkable designs for the 14th annual Pastels on 5th. The community gathered to celebrate creativity and showcase the city’s renowned arts scene. Presented by Dutch Bros, attendees also enjoyed live music, played in the kids’ area and shopped from local artisan and food vendors. The festival provided a platform for artists to showcase their talent and raised approximately $55,000 for Alternatives to Violence (ATV), a local nonprofit providing free critical services to survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking and sexual assault.
