Monster Day morphs a little each year, and the 2024 event saw its best attendance yet. An estimated 10,000 monstrous attendees roamed the streets of Greeley while more than 80 spooky vendors offered their creative crafts, from cotton candy creatures to macabre jewelry and home decor. The day included performances from the Dance Factory and Troupe Sidysaan as well as a scream contest, costume contest and Distortions Unlimited’s mask-making show. The creepy event was a fundraiser for the Don’t Be a Monster anti-bullying campaign, which works to prevent bullying and encourages children to celebrate uniqueness and kindness.
