Award Winners
  • Individual Category: Jeff and Kelly Cook recently finished rehabilitating The Ambry, formerly Trinity Lutheran Church, at the corner of 7th Avenue and 16th Street. They transformed an underutilized vacant building into a viable commercial office and co-working space.
  • Contractor/Design Professional Category: Mile High Stucco planned and carried out the façade renovation of the 827 10th Street storefront, the former Custar Food Store location and current location of Midnight Oil Bookstore. After the stucco removal, they refaced the façade to closely resemble its original appearance.
  • Organization Category: The Boys and Girls Club purchased and rehabilitated Greeley’s historic roller rink building, Warnoco, for use as a teen center. After having the building designated on the Greeley Historic Register, they worked with the commission to rehabilitate the building according to preservation standards, including the preservation of the original windows.
