Enjoy a fun-filled weekend of Medianoche releases, a brewery with Neil Fisher, throwback The Tramp About food menu, seated brunch and more
WeldWerks Brewing Company is turning nine, and the brewery has a fun-filled weekend lined up for April 5-7. Beer lovers can enjoy two epic Medianoche releases, a brewery tour with Neil Fisher, a Sunday brunch and The Tramp About menu takeover all weekend long.
WeldWerks’ big nine-year anniversary includes the following:
- Friday, April 5: Medianoche releases. Bottles will go on sale via Eventbrite on Saturday, March 30 at 10 a.m. These Medianoche releases are both available on draft as well:
- Medianoche Reserve (2024)—2024 Medianoche Reserve began as a blend of Imperial Stouts aged 32-39 months in freshly emptied 10-year Eagle Rare Bourbon, six-year Old Fitzgerald bourbon, and 10-year bottled-in-bond Henry McKenna bourbon barrels. Following aging, the blend was conditioned with toasted coconut, raw coconut, vanilla beans, roasted cacao nibs and husks, each carefully selected to complement the silky vanilla and light oak, with just a touch of baked brown sugar flavors imparted by the barrels
- Medianoche: PVW23—Medianoche: PVW23 features the rarest and most sought-after casks that WeldWerks has ever procured. This imperial stout blend rested for 37 months in barrels that stored first-use 23-year-old Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve Bourbon, which has been referred to as the holy grail of bourbons. WeldWerks was beyond fortunate to age their Medianoche base beer in these casks. The flavors that developed during maturation in these unique barrels include molasses, leather, light tobacco, caramel and vanilla. Furthermore, you’ll discover the distinct sweet woodiness for which 23-year Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve Bourbon is known with this once-in-a-lifetime Medianoche blend
