Across all locations, the current menu at CRISP & GREEN has 10 staple salad and grain bowls with additional bowls that rotate seasonally. This summer season, CRISP & GREEN has added two new mouth-watering menu items. These new fresh flavors include the debut of their Perfectly Pesto Salad Bowl, featuring citrus shrimp, roasted corn, radicchio, roasted tomato, shaved parmesan and basil on a bed of fresh mixed greens and romaine topped with a pesto vinaigrette.
Also new for the summer, and perfectly timed for Fourth of July, is their refreshing açai bowl, the Red White & Blueberry. The Red White & Blueberry açai bowl highlights summer flavors with dragon fruit and acai sorbet base topped with strawberries, toasted coconut and blueberries.
“One of the best components of our scratch-made menu is the rotating flavors that we bring to our guests,” says Co-Founder Lily Smith. “Keeping things fresh and exciting is important to us, and that’s why we are thrilled to announce that we finally have a pesto bowl. Our pesto is made fresh, in-house and the mash-up of roasted corn and tomato and citrus shrimp is one of our best combos yet!”
