The Next Generation of Blues Artists

Vocalist and songwriter Kingfish has become the defining blues voice of his generation. His debut album, “Kingfish,” received a Grammy nomination in 2019. “662,” his sophomore album, won a Grammy in 2021.

The 23-year-old from Clarksdale, Mississippi, headlined three U.S. tours. He also performed across Europe and the U.K. and opened for The Rolling Stones in London’s Hyde Park. Kingfish performed alongside artists including Vampire Weekend, Jason Isbell, and Buddy Guy.

Kingfish broadcast his music on NPR’s “Morning Edition” and “CBS Saturday Morning. He debuted at #1 on the Billboard Blues Chart, remaining on the charts for 91 weeks.
