Northern Colorado Wildlife Center’s WILD Fest is a free, family-friendly festival that celebrates the local wildlife in our communities, promotes volunteerism and educates people about all aspects of the environment around us. This year’s festival had about 500 attendees, 20 organizations and over 50 educational ambassador animals including mammals, birds, reptiles and insects. WILD Fest is most likely the host of the most ambassador animals ever seen at a Fort Collins event.
