The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is an annual event that takes place in more than 600 communities nationwide. This year, the Weld County in-person walk started at a new location at Lincoln Park in Downtown Greeley. Participants carried flowers to signify their commitment to ending the disease and everyone held them high during the flower ceremony that took place right before the walk began. The event had around 450 attendees who helped surpass the overall fundraising goal of $90,000.
