For over 40 years, the Fort Collins Alumnae Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta has been selling poinsettias and wreaths to benefit CASA of Larimer County and the Harmony House visitation center. CASA advocates for safe and permanent connections so children who have experienced abuse and neglect have the opportunity to thrive and the Harmony House Visitation Center allows children to have visits with their families in a safe home-like setting. Since 2006, Kappa Alpha Theta has partnered with the Plantorium Greenhouse to provide the poinsettias and wreaths and, over the last 40 years, it is estimated that the local Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae Chapter has donated more than $120,000 to CASA of Larimer County.
