It was a packed dance floor every night for dads and daughters dancing the night away under the jewel-colored canopy of the Arabian Nights–themed father-daughter dance. The Butterfly Kisses Dances were attended by almost 4,000 fathers and daughters who came together for the traditional “YMCA” and “Chicken Dance” as well as “The Cinderella Song” and “Footloose.” Over 100 volunteers worked to make the event fun and memorable for all who attended. The non-profit Encore! Encore! sponsors the event and this year they added a Mother Son Dragonfly dance that was enjoyed by over 300 participants.
