Every spring, beer fans across Colorado collect a limited-edition Colorado Pint Day glass, and each year the art on it comes from a Colorado artist. The Colorado Brewers Guild has opened the call for the 2027 design.
The 2027 theme is Colorado wildflowers, centered on the Rocky Mountain columbine, the state flower. Colorado Pint Day turns 12 on April 28, 2027. More than 200 breweries took part in 2026, so the selected artist’s work will travel to taprooms statewide, and $1 from each glass sold goes to the guild.
The selected artist will receive $1,000 and collaborate with the guild on the final piece, which may also be used for social media, stickers and posters. The call is open to current Colorado residents only. Artists submit one PDF portfolio of original work, with a link to a website, digital portfolio or Instagram account. Submissions are due Sunday, Nov. 8, through the online form.
The winner will be announced in mid-November and will finish the artwork by year-end.
