More than 100 vendors, an expanded footprint and a Friday night kickoff concert join returning favorites—like local breweries, live music and family fun—for the free community celebration
Team Player Productions, the festival organizers who have put on highly touted neighborhood festivals such as the Boulder Creek Festival, Denver’s Tennyson Street Fair, Highlands Street Fair, Highlands Oktoberfest and Tennyson Fall Fest, are returning to Old Town Square in downtown Fort Collins with the second annual FoCo Fall Fest, a free outdoor community celebration returning Oct. 9-11.
This three-day street festival is where autumn vibes meet hometown charm. After a standout debut last fall, FoCo Fall Fest is back and bigger, growing from a two-day festival into a three-day celebration that kicks off with an all-new Friday night concert on Oct. 9, followed by the full festival weekend Oct. 10-11. This year’s footprint expands beyond Old Town Square and up Linden Street, where local makers, live music across two stages, family-friendly fall-themed activities, mouthwatering eats and plenty of craft beer and beverages will once again line the streets. Portions of Mountain Avenue, Walnut Street and Linden Street will be closed for pedestrian traffic throughout the event.
“Watching this festival grow from an idea into something Fort Collins has embraced as its own has been incredible,” says Kristen Slater, director of FoCo Fall Fest. “Last year we introduced the tradition, and this year we get to build on it, more vendors, more music, and a whole new kickoff night to start the weekend off right. It’s exactly the kind of momentum we hoped for when we launched this event.”

- A new Friday night kickoff concert from 4-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, with details and lineup of bands online.
- Live music across two stages Saturday and Sunday, with the full lineup online.
- More than 100 local makers selling handcrafted jewelry, spices, arts, candles, skincare and much more, now spanning an expanded footprint up Linden Street.
- Pumpkin painting, straight from the patch to your palette, in partnership with Fort Collins Nursery.
- Food trucks and food and bar pop-ups lining Old Town Square, featuring local craft beer from local favorites such as Horse & Dragon Brewing, Equinox Brewing and CooperSmith’s Brewpub, plus cocktails and seltzers.
A portion of proceeds from FoCo Fall Fest will once again benefit the Fort Collins Downtown Business Collective.
“Whether you’re sipping a seasonal brew, browsing artisan booths, dancing to live music at the new Friday night kickoff or enjoying fall-themed fun with the kids, FoCo Fall Fest is the ultimate autumn celebration for the Fort Collins community, now with even more to enjoy in its second year,” Slater says.
