The community gathered for the third annual Andrea’s Run, an event supporting the animals at NOCO Humane and celebrating the life of Andrea Hoerner, who died in early 2024. Created and organized by Andrea’s husband, Jon Hoerner, and a group of close friends, participants purchased tickets and revved up their motorcycles to join a crew that made five stops. Everyone received a playing card at each stop, and the best hand at the end won a prize. After a day of riding, a party followed with a live DJ, silent auction, door prizes and food. The event raised more than $21,000 for NOCO Humane. Andrea had a deep passion for animals, and this event honors her memory.
