The campaign aims to secure $535,000 in commitments and welcome 100 new chamber members over 11 weeks
The Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce officially launched its 2026 Moving Fort Collins Forward! Campaign on Sept. 3, beginning an ambitious 11-week effort to grow the network of businesses investing in the chamber and its work throughout Fort Collins and Northern Colorado.
By the campaign’s conclusion on Nov. 18, the chamber aims to secure $535,000 in membership and sponsorship commitments and welcome 100 new members to the organization.
“Moving Fort Collins Forward! is about growing the network of businesses that believe in this community and want to have a hand in shaping its future,” says Ann Hutchison, president and CEO of the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce. “Every new member and every investment strengthens our ability to connect businesses, advocate for a strong business environment and bring people together around the opportunities and challenges facing Northern Colorado.”
This year’s campaign brings together chamber volunteers representing 15 different businesses from across the community. Over the next 11 weeks, those volunteers will work alongside chamber staff to connect with businesses across the region, introduce prospective members to the chamber, strengthen relationships with existing members and build support for the programs and initiatives that advance the chamber’s mission of Building Community Through Business.
The chamber serves as Northern Colorado’s trusted business champion, catalyst and convener, creating shared economic prosperity through Courage, Advocacy and Leadership. Its work centers on four key initiatives: driving economic success; attracting, retaining and aligning talent; inspiring regional transportation solutions; and advancing a business-friendly environment. Moving Fort Collins Forward! provides membership and sponsorship support for that work while expanding the network of businesses participating in it.
The campaign runs through Nov. 18, 2026, with the chamber sharing progress and celebrating participating volunteers, members and businesses throughout the 11-week effort.
