Maila Rider has been teaching Pilates for 26 years and has owned NOCO Pilates Company for two decades. The studio is located in the Colorado Eagles building in Windsor, offering beautiful waterfront views in an intimate class setting. The staff is made up of nine instructors with varying classical and contemporary training, so no two classes are the same.
